  Cost effectiveness : location is good and nearby facilities ( grocery store, pharmacy, gas station). Room and bathroom are clean. Front desk person is a clear extrovert😀, some may find his talkative nature as uncomfortable but I genuinely think staff are helpful and trying to make you feel welcomed 👍 I would stay again perhaps because of the staff.
