Check-in was smooth, they remembered my name without constantly checking their computer, and when I had a question about local restaurants, the front desk guy gave me recommendations that were clearly his personal favorites, not just the standard tourist traps. The WiFi actually works throughout the building – tested it in the elevator, by the pool, everywhere – which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many four-star places mess this up. Parking was straightforward too, no hunting around side streets or dealing with confusing valet situations. It’s the kind of place where everything just works the way it should, without any of those little frustrations that can mess up a trip. Honestly, I’d stay there again without hesitation.

  Location was very convenient for our conference. Plus it was walking distance to Boulevard City / Boulevard World, and Kingdom Arena.
  It also avoids most of the traffic when travelling to/from the city.
  To get in to the city we took an Uber to KAFD and took the metro from there.
  For breakfast, it’s a short walk to some coffee shops that are open nice and early – good coffee and sandwiches are available.
