  عندهم شقق مكونه من 3 غرف وصاله مناسبه للعائله الكبيره، الاستقبال والتعامل رائع، الشقه متوفر فيها كل شي، السرير والمخدات مريحه جداجدا جدا. يوجد كوفي شوب متواضع. السعر يعتبر مميز جدا مقارنتاً بالشقق الثانيه بالرياض.
