The thing about this studio-style setup is that it really gets the basics right - I mean, really right. The space feels thoughtfully designed rather than just thrown together, which honestly is rarer than you'd think in this category. When I walked in, the first thing that hit me was how clean everything looked, but not in that sterile, overly sanitized way that makes you feel like you're in a hospital. The small flat owner cares, and it shows. She has made the place homely and a place to relax. Yes it is old, but considering value for money and what you receive, excellent.
For price, and closeness to Diriyah Terrace, should not complain.
