The bathroom setup is smart too – separate shower and tub, good water pressure, and they don’t skimp on the toiletries.

Here’s what I really liked about the location – you’re right in the heart of Olaya, so you’re walking distance to King Fahd Road with all its shopping and dining options, but the hotel itself sits back just enough that you’re not dealing with constant traffic noise. The pool area on the roof is a nice escape when you need a break from meetings or sightseeing, though it can get pretty busy during weekend afternoons. The fitness center is well-equipped and actually gets natural light, which is rarer than you’d think. Room service was consistently quick, and their Arabic coffee in the lobby is the real deal – not that watered-down stuff some international chains try to pass off. With an 8.5 rating, it’s clear other travelers are having similar experiences. It’s not the cheapest option in the area, but for a five-star property that actually delivers on the promise, you’re getting solid value for what you pay.
