Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Qurtuba
About
Look, I've stayed at my fair share of five-star hotels, but the Radisson Blu Hotel Riyadh Qurtuba honestly caught me off guard in the best possible way. When I first pulled up to the entrance, I'll admit I was a bit travel-weary after a long flight into King Khalid International, but there's something about the way this place presents itself that immediately shifts your mood. The lobby has this understated elegance - not the over-the-top marble-everything approach you see in some luxury hotels, but more of a sophisticated, modern Saudi aesthetic that actually feels authentic rather than trying too hard.
What really struck me during my stay was how the staff seemed to anticipate needs without being intrusive. I mean, you know that feeling when hotel service feels rehearsed? This wasn't that at all. The housekeeping team left these small touches that showed they were paying attention - fresh dates with the turndown service, and they somehow figured out I preferred extra pillows without me even asking. The rooms themselves are spacious by any standard, but especially impressive for Riyadh where real estate doesn't come cheap. The blackout curtains are actually blackout curtains (trust me, this matters more than you'd think), and the air conditioning runs whisper-quiet, which is crucial during those brutally hot summer months when the city basically hibernates during midday.
Honestly, the location works really well if you're doing business in the city or want to explore without feeling stuck in a tourist bubble. You're close enough to the diplomatic quarter that you can walk to several embassies if needed, and there are some genuinely excellent local restaurants within a short drive - not just the usual international chains. The hotel's restaurant is solid, though I'd recommend venturing out for dinner at least once to get a real taste of what Riyadh's food scene has become. Parking is straightforward (which, believe me, isn't always the case in this city), and the concierge team knows their stuff when it comes to navigating local customs and timing your activities around prayer times and local business hours. The pool area becomes this little oasis in the evening - there's something almost surreal about floating in perfectly temperature-controlled water while the desert city sprawls out beyond the hotel grounds. With an 8.3 rating, you're looking at a place that consistently delivers without the pretension, and that's harder to find than you'd think in the luxury hotel space.

شقه مودرن فاخره
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name شقه مودرن فاخره, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. The Arabic translates to “modern luxury apartment,” which sounds pretty straightforward, but you know how these things can go. Sometimes “luxury” means different things to different people. Well, I’m happy to report this place […]

Look, I’ll be honest with you – when I first saw the name شقه3 غرفتين نوم وصاله, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. It’s basically Arabic for “3-room apartment with two bedrooms and a living room,” which, you know what, actually tells you exactly what you’re getting. Sometimes the most straightforward places end up […]
