  -الشقة تحجزها مع دخول ذاتي.. يعني اذا وصلت بالموقع يتواصل معاك صاحب الشقة ويعطيك الرقم السري لدخول الشقة وتحمل أغراضك بنفسك للشقة.
  -الشقة مودرن نظيفة وجميلة ومرتبه وواسعة وبها مطبخ وغسالة والصالة كبيرة وشاشة التلفزيون كبيرة جدا. (حسب الشقة)
  -يوجد بعض الخدمات بالمجمع مثل المواقف الخاصة و الجيم والمسبح ويوجد ممرات جميلة بالمجمع وألعاب اطفال صغار. اشكر مدرب المسبح المصري لحرصه علي سلامة الاطفال بالمسبح.
  – يوجد بالقرب من المجمع منتزه الواحة جميل ويصلح تقضي فيه وقت للتنزه والرياضة ولعب الاطفال.
