My room was ready early, which – let’s be real – doesn’t happen as often as hotels claim it does. The rooms themselves are well thought out; someone clearly considered how actual humans use hotel spaces. The bathroom has decent water pressure (I’m telling you, this matters more than fancy marble), and the bed is properly comfortable, not just firm for the sake of being firm. The AC works without sounding like a freight train, which is something I’ve learned not to take for granted.

What really impressed me, though, was how the place handles the details that most hotels either ignore or mess up. The WiFi actually works throughout the building – even in the elevator, which is weirdly rare. Room service arrives when they say it will, and the food doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting under heat lamps for hours. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work; towels are properly folded, not just thrown on racks, and they don’t move your stuff around just to prove they cleaned. Parking is straightforward too, which sounds basic but you’d be surprised how many places make this unnecessarily complicated. The whole operation just runs smoothly in a way that suggests good management without feeling overly corporate or sterile. With a 9.5 rating, they’re obviously doing something right, and after staying there, I get why guests keep coming back. It’s the kind of place where you don’t spend your time dealing with hotel problems – you just enjoy being there.

  What stood out most was the smart system they had in place—codes for building entry, the apartment, and even the garage, allowing us to bypass traditional reception entirely. The process was seamless, both for check-in and check-out.
  
  This stay exceeded all expectations, and I have already recommended it to friends, family, and colleagues. I will undoubtedly book again in the future!
