I stayed there during what seemed like a busy period, but the place never felt chaotic or overwhelmed. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work – you can tell in those little touches like how towels are arranged and how everything just feels fresh, not just clean.

Honestly, with a 9.8 rating, I was skeptical going in because that seems almost too good to be true, but I get it now. It’s not that this place is trying to be the fanciest hotel you’ve ever seen – it’s that they’ve figured out how to consistently deliver on the things that actually matter when you’re traveling. The Wi-Fi actually works properly throughout the building, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and when you need something from the front desk, they sort it out quickly without making you feel like you’re bothering them. I mean, these sound like basic things, but you’d be surprised how many four-star places can’t get this stuff right. The location works well too – it’s positioned where you can actually get around without spending half your day in traffic, and there are decent dining options within walking distance if you don’t want to venture too far after a long day.

  You can air play to the TV. and it has a washing machine and dry rack.
  
  Person meets you at the door. You receive a code that allows you access. no key needed.
  
  What could be improved: I would like to be able to pay via booking.com or credit card. It make it easier. As a foreigner you do not want to carry a lot of money on you as it is never wise to do so.
  
  I did inform the owner of some small things to make the experience better. I trust they will sort that out.
