  What could be improved: Not clean, burning spot on the couch, kitchen is not much (no plates, cutlery, cleaning stuff etc). Worst of all was the horrible chemical smell

  المكان خيااالي وهادئ.
  الشقة نفس الصور واثاثها جديد .
  عجبني اهتمامهم بالديكورات والتفاصيل الجمالية.
  الكنب بالصالة مريح وكبير وواسع على شكل زاوية
  الماترس فيها لباد ونوعية ممتازة.
  أيضا يوجد بار كوفي صغير لأصحاب القهوة وميكرويف.
  ويوجد موقف خاص مع ريموت .
  والاجمل وجود المنظفات وادوات النظافة.
  وصاحبها متعاون ومحترم.
  والسعر مقابل الخدمة جدا ممتاز وبطل.
  والموقع رائع جنب البوليفارد وشمال الرياض بعيد شوي عن الزحمة.
  
  مكان اقامتي المعتمد بإذن الله وان شاء الله يبقى ع نفس المستوى.
