What really sets this spot apart though – and this is something you only figure out after staying in a bunch of similar places – is how they’ve thought through the details that matter when you’re actually living somewhere, even temporarily. The bedroom’s got blackout curtains that actually block light (rare!), there’s enough outlet space that you’re not unplugging the mini-fridge to charge your phone, and the kitchen setup means you can genuinely cook if you want to skip restaurants one night. The whole place feels like someone’s well-organized guest room rather than a sterile rental. I stayed during what turned out to be a particularly busy weekend in the city, and while I could hear some activity from neighboring units, it never crossed into annoying territory – just that comfortable background hum that reminds you you’re somewhere vibrant. Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting to find something wrong with it, some catch that previous guests missed, but the place delivers exactly what it promises: a clean, comfortable, independent stay in a prime location where you can come and go as you please.

  المكان خيااالي وهادئ.
  الشقة نفس الصور واثاثها جديد .
  عجبني اهتمامهم بالديكورات والتفاصيل الجمالية.
  الكنب بالصالة مريح وكبير وواسع على شكل زاوية
  الماترس فيها لباد ونوعية ممتازة.
  أيضا يوجد بار كوفي صغير لأصحاب القهوة وميكرويف.
  ويوجد موقف خاص مع ريموت .
  والاجمل وجود المنظفات وادوات النظافة.
  وصاحبها متعاون ومحترم.
  والسعر مقابل الخدمة جدا ممتاز وبطل.
  والموقع رائع جنب البوليفارد وشمال الرياض بعيد شوي عن الزحمة.
  
  مكان اقامتي المعتمد بإذن الله وان شاء الله يبقى ع نفس المستوى.
