The moment you step inside, there’s this immediate sense of calm that washes over you. The design is genuinely elegant – not in that overdone, trying-too-hard way, but with this understated sophistication that feels authentic. The studio layout is thoughtfully planned, with every square meter used intelligently. I mean, whoever designed this place actually understands how people live and move through a space. The lighting is particularly well done – soft enough to feel relaxing in the evenings but bright enough that you can actually read or work comfortably during the day. And honestly, the quiet aspect isn’t just marketing speak. I stayed here during what I’d consider a busy period, and the soundproofing is remarkable. You’re not going to be kept awake by footsteps from the room above or conversations in the hallway.

What really impressed me was the attention to detail – the kind of stuff you only notice when someone has actually thought about the guest experience. The kitchenette isn’t just thrown together with the cheapest appliances they could find; everything works properly and there are actually decent dishes and utensils. The bathroom has this rainfall showerhead that, surprisingly, has excellent water pressure. Little touches like quality linens and blackout curtains that actually block out light make a real difference when you’re trying to rest. The 9.4 rating makes total sense once you’ve spent a night here – it’s one of those places where you can tell the owners care about maintaining standards. I’ve stayed in plenty of four-star places that felt like they were coasting on their reputation, but this studio feels like it’s still trying to earn your approval every single day. The cleanliness is spotless, check-in was smooth, and honestly, for the price point, you’re getting exceptional value. If you’re looking for a place that’s going to be your peaceful retreat after busy days exploring, this is exactly what you want.

  بكل صراحه وأمانه المكان نظيف جدا ومتوفر فيه مطبخ متكامل من جميع ادوات الطبخ وجديده كذالك غساله وصابون ومبيض وكوايه ومعدات تصنيع القهوه وغلايه وحلوى وبسكويت للاطفال وشاشة تلفاز ودورة المياه نظيفه جذا مع توفير احتياجات التنظيف الجسديه ومواد تنظيف الأرضيات من معقمات وكلوركس وممسحه عموما بشكل موجز كأنك في بيت متكامل بجميع متطلباته عدا المواد الغذائيه وهذه المتطلبات لم يسبق لي ان وجدتها في عمليات استئجاري في مدن المملكه
  وبالنسبه لتعامل مالك الشقق راقي جدا ومتجاوب في جميع طلبات النزيل وله مني جزيل الشكر والتقدير
