  The property was clean and organized with even little things being well thought out which you don’t usually find anywhere. I would definitely book this property again when I come and would recommend it to everyone as well.

  Location. Perfect for me as I had a car. Also close to mosque, restaurants, hypermarket, Al Nakheel Mall, many laundry shops, barber shop, car wash and fuel station.
  Parking. There is designated car parking but sometimes other tenants occupy it. Alternative free parking available.

  Cleanliness. The facility is clean but you need to have slippers on as floor is not. Slippers are provides.

  Over the course of our eight-night vacation, our family of five was thoroughly impressed with everything. The apartment suite is very well equipped and spacious. Like everything, the Smart TVs are of the highest calibre. All the necessary comfort is provided by the furniture and bedding! Each of the three bathrooms is spacious and effectively equipped. The air conditioning is excellent, and the lighting is trendy throughout. At this wonderful place, the list of extras is just endless! The support that was provided was courteous, timely, and unforgettable! We are looking forward to return to this magnificent Riyadh property on our next visit!

  Secondly, very short time to reach RICEC (Exhibition Center) is the greatest advantage of apartment's location.
  You can find a many place for eating, buying foods and drinking the perfect coffee.
