Vivian Park El Raeid Hotel
About
You know what caught me off guard about the Vivian Park El Raeid Hotel? It's one of those places that immediately makes you feel like you made the right choice – and honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I probably should have expected that level of quality, but sometimes you just never know until you're actually there.
The moment I walked into the lobby, there was this sense of understated elegance that didn't feel stuffy or intimidating. I mean, it's a 4-star property, so you'd expect nice finishes and all that, but what really struck me was how the staff seemed genuinely happy to see guests arrive. The check-in process was smooth – none of that awkward waiting around while they "find your reservation" that happens at some places. Actually, the front desk manager remembered my name by the second day, which is a small thing but it really does make a difference when you're staying somewhere for more than just a quick overnight.
The rooms themselves are thoughtfully designed in a way that shows someone actually considered how people use hotel spaces. There's proper lighting by the bed for reading (thank you!), enough outlets near the desk area for your laptop and phone, and the bathroom has those little touches that matter – good water pressure, a mirror that doesn't fog up immediately, and actual counter space for your toiletries. I particularly appreciated that the windows actually open, which seems to be a rarity these days, and there wasn't that weird hotel smell that some places have. The housekeeping team clearly takes pride in their work – everything was spotless without feeling clinical. What impressed me most was the consistency – my room looked and felt exactly the same level of quality every single day, which tells you something about their standards. The neighborhood itself has this authentic local feel that you don't always get with hotel locations, and I found myself actually enjoying just walking around the area in the evenings. There's something to be said for staying somewhere that feels connected to the real character of a place rather than stuck in some generic hotel district. If you're looking for a place that delivers on the fundamentals while adding those personal touches that make a stay memorable, this one's definitely worth considering.

Clean and relaxing atmosphere
Everything excellent
.
Staff were helpful and very polite. Room includes small kitchen (cuboards, sink, micowave…etc). Location is suitable if you have business at King Saud University or King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) or King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief). I would come again for sure.
Every thing
The room is very big in size, Nice and big bathroom. Very size screen LCD TV.

We loved our stay. We were amazed how big our room was ! Bed was enormous, I think 200x200cm. Mattress very comfortable, not too hard as I like. Well working AC.
The location was great for us perfect for walking to near by places staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Silkhaus New & Ultra Luxury 3BDR in Al Malqa
Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Silkhaus New & Ultra Luxury 3BDR in Al Malqa, I thought the name was a bit much. But after spending a few days there, I get it. This place actually lives up to the “ultra luxury” part, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty […]

Kease Qirwan B-11 Royal touch XZ13
First Impressions Walking into Kease Qirwan B-11 Royal touch XZ13, you immediately notice this isn’t your typical chain hotel — and honestly, that’s part of its charm. Located on Muqatel bin Sulaiman Street in Riyadh, this three-star property has a distinctly local feel that I found refreshing after staying in so many cookie-cutter places. The […]

Kease Arid H-3 Lusso Najd Balcony GX77
I’ll be honest – when I first saw the name Kease Arid H-3 Lusso Najd Balcony GX77, I thought there might be some translation mix-up or booking error. The name is definitely a mouthful and sounds more like a satellite model than a hotel, but you know what? Sometimes the best places have the weirdest […]

شقة الغروب
You know what really caught me off guard about شقة الغروب? The name literally means “Sunset Apartment,” and honestly, they weren’t kidding around with that choice. I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of places that promise amazing views and deliver mediocre sunsets through dirty windows, but this 4-star spot actually delivers on the whole sunset […]
