The King Abdullah Financial District stretches out below like some futuristic movie set, all gleaming towers and perfectly planned streets. It’s especially stunning at sunset when the glass facades catch the light and turn everything golden.

What I love about this spot is how it feels like you’re staying in someone’s actual home rather than another cookie-cutter rental. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious (not those cramped “bedrooms” you sometimes get where you can barely fit a suitcase), and the living area has this comfortable, lived-in quality that makes you want to sprawl out with a cup of coffee and just watch the city wake up. The kitchen‘s properly equipped too – I mean, you can actually cook a real meal here, not just reheat takeout. There’s something satisfying about making breakfast while looking out at those impressive KAFD towers, like you’re part of the city’s rhythm even though you’re just visiting.

The location works really well if you’re doing business in the financial district or just want to experience this newer side of the city. You’re close enough to walk to meetings if that’s your thing, but far enough to feel like you have your own quiet corner when the workday ends. Parking wasn’t a hassle, which honestly surprised me – you know how these urban areas can be. The building itself runs smoothly, decent elevators, no drama with key cards or anything like that. I stayed during a pretty busy period and never felt crowded or like I was competing for space. The 9.8 rating makes sense once you’re actually there – it’s one of those places where the small details just work together nicely. The WiFi’s solid, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the water pressure’s good (travel enough and you’ll appreciate these things). If you want to feel settled rather than just temporarily housed, and especially if that KAFD view appeals to you, this apartment delivers on what it promises.

  مكانها جداً قريب فعاليات موسم الرياض تقريباً 10 دقايق توصل لأغلب الفعاليات. غرفة النوم الرئيسية مطله على أبراج الملك عبدالله المالية. سهولة الدخول والخروج للشقة. واخيراً تعامل صاحب الشقة جداً راقي ومتعاون جداً.
