The staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re comfortable, without that forced hospitality you get at some places. They’ll actually give you useful local tips instead of just pointing you toward tourist traps. I particularly appreciated how flexible they were with check-in timing; travel doesn’t always go according to plan, and they seemed to understand that. The whole experience feels more like staying in a well-run apartment building than a traditional hotel, which works perfectly if you want some independence during your trip but still want someone to call if the air conditioning acts up.
