What really got me, though, was the attention to details that matter when you’re actually living in a space, even temporarily. The lighting isn’t that harsh overhead stuff that makes everything look like a doctor’s office – they’ve got multiple sources, so you can actually create some ambiance. The blackout curtains work (seriously, test them if you’re a light sleeper), and the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every time someone in the next room turns on their hairdryer. I appreciated that they didn’t go overboard with smart home gadgets everywhere, but the temperature control is responsive, and there’s plenty of charging options without having to crawl under furniture to find outlets. The building itself feels secure without being fortress-like, and the whole vibe is more “sophisticated urban dwelling” than “corporate hotel.” It’s the kind of place where you could easily extend your stay without feeling like you’re roughing it or breaking the bank.
