  I like that the room was key-code locked and accessible, with no faffing with keys etc. The room itself was spacious for a place to rest after a long day in meetings. It had a small kitchen counter with a kettle, fridge, and microwave. The room had a huge TV if you want to watch TV!
  
  The location of the studio was perfect. No more than 20 mins (excluding rush-hour traffic) from all major destinations in Riyadh. Parking wasn't an issue either.
  
  The host (Anwar) kept in touch with me the whole time making sure I was happy with the room and was catered for. very nice chap!
  
  The host provided one-time-use towels which were better than I thought. I didn't have to carry any towels or purchase any while I was there.
  
  There are some useful amenities within a 5-minute walking distance. Supermarket, Pharmacy, juice bar, cafe, a few laundrettes and dry cleaners. Really handy to have when you need a quick fix.
