But after spending a few nights there, I can actually say it delivers on that promise of space, which is honestly refreshing when so many places try to squeeze you into a shoebox.

What struck me right away was how they’ve managed to create this sense of openness without sacrificing that cozy feeling you want when you’re staying somewhere. The studio layout is genuinely well thought out – and I mean that in a practical sense, not just aesthetically. There’s actually room to spread out your stuff without feeling like you’re living out of a suitcase on the floor. The furnishings lean toward the luxurious side without being over the top, which I appreciated. You get quality without the pretentiousness that sometimes comes with places that bill themselves as “fاخر.”

The 8.0 rating makes complete sense to me after staying there. It’s solidly in that sweet spot where you feel like you’re getting good value without any major complaints. Sure, it’s a 3-star property, but honestly, the space and attention to detail punch above that weight class. The little touches matter – decent lighting for actually reading or working, proper storage space, and a layout that doesn’t make you feel cramped. I’ve stayed in supposed 4-star places that felt more restrictive than this studio. The check-in process was straightforward, and the staff seemed to genuinely care about making sure everything was sorted properly. You know what I mean – those small interactions that can make or break how you feel about a place from day one. There’s something to be said for staying somewhere that doesn’t feel like it’s trying too hard to impress you but still manages to exceed your expectations in the basics.

  I like that the room was key-code locked and accessible, with no faffing with keys etc. The room itself was spacious for a place to rest after a long day in meetings. It had a small kitchen counter with a kettle, fridge, and microwave. The room had a huge TV if you want to watch TV!
  
  The location of the studio was perfect. No more than 20 mins (excluding rush-hour traffic) from all major destinations in Riyadh. Parking wasn't an issue either.
  
  The host (Anwar) kept in touch with me the whole time making sure I was happy with the room and was catered for. very nice chap!
  
  The host provided one-time-use towels which were better than I thought. I didn't have to carry any towels or purchase any while I was there.
  
  There are some useful amenities within a 5-minute walking distance. Supermarket, Pharmacy, juice bar, cafe, a few laundrettes and dry cleaners. Really handy to have when you need a quick fix.
