The moment you walk in, there’s this immediate sense that someone actually cares about the details here. I mean, the lobby isn’t huge or flashy, but everything feels intentional – from the warm lighting that doesn’t assault your eyes after a long day of traveling, to the way the front desk staff genuinely seems happy to see you (and I’ve stayed in enough places to spot the fake smiles from a mile away). The check-in was refreshingly smooth, no unnecessary upselling or lengthy speeches about amenities I’ll probably never use. What really caught my attention was how they handle the studio concept – these aren’t cramped afterthoughts but actually well-designed spaces where everything has its place. The kitchenette setup is particularly clever, tucked into the corner but with enough counter space that you can actually prepare a decent meal if you want to save some money or just crave something familiar.

The rating of 9.1 makes perfect sense once you’ve spent a night there. It’s not trying to be something it’s not – no marble lobbies or unnecessary frills – but what it does, it does really well. The Wi-Fi actually works (and trust me, I’ve learned not to take this for granted), the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. I actually slept better than I expected, which is saying something because I’m usually pretty sensitive to new environments. The bathroom deserves a mention too – compact but thoughtfully laid out, with decent water pressure and those little touches like proper hooks for towels that you don’t realize you miss until they’re not there. What impressed me most was the overall maintenance; everything felt fresh and clean without that overly sterile hotel smell that sometimes makes you wonder what they’re trying to cover up. The windows open properly (not always a given these days), and there’s something refreshing about being able to get some actual fresh air flowing through the space. If you’re looking for a place that feels more like a temporary home than a generic hotel room, this studio setup might be exactly what you need.
