What really impressed me was the attention to small details – the shower pressure is solid, there’s enough electrical outlets where you actually need them, and the WiFi reaches every corner without dropping out. You’d be surprised how many places mess up these basics.

The location really is the star here though. Being directly opposite Boulevard means you’re walking distance from restaurants that locals actually eat at, not just tourist traps. I found this incredible little coffee spot just two blocks down that opens at 6 AM – perfect for early risers. The area gets busy in the evenings, sure, but it’s the good kind of busy where you feel like you’re part of something happening. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak hours, but the building has arrangements that make it workable. The 9.5 rating honestly makes sense once you experience how everything just… works. It’s not flashy or over-the-top, but every single thing functions properly, the space feels comfortable rather than cramped, and you get that sense of staying somewhere that understands what travelers actually need. Plus, having Boulevard right there means you can grab everything from late-night snacks to proper groceries without hunting around unfamiliar streets.

  The host was very attentive and messaged one day before arrival to inquire what time we would arrive. On arrival assisted us well in gaining access to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious and clean, we very much enjoyed our stay. Will definitely book again.

  It’s a very modern, tidy, well organized property. The location is perfect if you are planning to visit Boulevard World. The A/C works perfectly. It can accommodate a family of 5.

  Travelled to watch the Bivol vs Beterbiev boxing fight. Location of apartment to Kingdom Arena was excellent, it was a 10 minute walk. Boulevard World and City was a 15 minute walk maximum. Big modern supermarket is a short taxi ride away, £7 in English money. Really impressed with the apartment; modern interior and very clean. Air conditioning amazing. There is a coffee shop about a 5 minute walk that’s called ‘VEO COFFEE’, very friendly and excellent coffee and cakes. We booked our taxi from the airport via booking.com and the service was excellent. I advise everyone to do that.
  
  The host Abdullah, was amazing. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Great communication. Gave us loads of advice and information about the area. Always replied promptly to any queries and questions.
  
  Overall it was a phenomenal experience and I would definitely return to this apartment and would highly recommend it.

  The apartment is tastefully set up, very clean and near the touristy spots. The host Abdullah was very well-organized, welcoming and helpful and available to help out in anything we needed. Beds were comfortable. Our request for an early check-in was accommodated and a plumbing issue was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay here again in sha Allah.
