What impressed me most was how clean everything was; I mean, you can tell they really care about maintenance, from the spotless bathrooms to the well-kept common areas.

The staff deserves serious credit here – they’re genuinely helpful without being pushy, and they seem to actually know the neighborhood well enough to give decent recommendations. I had an issue with the Wi-Fi on my second day (nothing major, just needed a reset), and they sorted it out within like fifteen minutes. The check-in process was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving during regular hours since the front desk isn’t 24/7. Parking was never really an issue when I was there, but I imagine it could get tighter during peak season. One small thing that bugged me initially was that the air conditioning takes a while to really kick in, so don’t expect instant relief if you’re arriving during a hot afternoon – give it maybe twenty minutes and you’ll be fine. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel that I really appreciated; it’s not touristy at all, so you get a sense of what daily life is actually like. There are some decent local spots within walking distance, and honestly, the whole area feels safe even in the evenings. If you’re looking for something that feels less like a hotel and more like having your own temporary apartment, this place really delivers on that promise.

  The kindness of the host a angelic person very polite helpful, a person u can ask and talk about anything really couldn't wish for more.. he offered more confort more help..was always there if needed was asking always if something is missing… answers all the request and questions in real time. No waiting. I strongly recommend this host and his appartement that was more than I expected.. once again Thank you brother.
