  عباره عن شقه في الدور الارضي بغرفتين نوم وحمامين ومدخل خاص وحوش صغير ، والدخول لها ذكي يتم ارسال رمز الدخول لك ولا تقابل أي احد ابداً ، ومطبخ فيه كل عدة الطبخ وغسالة ملابس ونشاره ونظيفه ومريحه جداً جداً جداً ،، ومالك الشقه متعاون ومضياف ويرد خلال دقيقه عند السؤال عن شي ،، الشقه تبعد عن جميع الخدمات مايقارب 500 متر . كل شي من مغسلة ملابس تموينات حلاقين مطاعم بوفيهات محطات ( كل شي حرفياً) وتبعد عن المسجد مايقارب200 متر ، وحديقة يوجد بها العاب اطفال وجلسات تصلح للعائلة تبعد مايقارب 400 متر ،
