  Booked this place because of the location is very near to boulevard world & boulevard city. I got room 11B. The building is new, room was spacious for the two of us. However the mattress is so hard causing back pain. Blanket was thin and not suitable for winter season. Disposable towel only was provided for us which is small and like tissue like material, not an actual towel and not convenient for the guest. Toilet need to flush manually. No hot water in the shower which is crucial during winter season. And i really hope they can improve more. The room is cozy and clean.

  الشقه جميله ونظيفه واثاثها جديد وطراز حديث وموقعها متميز قريبه من البليفارد تستطيع الوصول اليه سيراً على الاقدام وقريبه من جميع الخدمات صاحب الشقه انسان جداً راقي في تعامله طلبت اضافه بطانيه وفوراً استجاب باذن الله راح اعيد التجربه والتعامل معهم
