  Beautiful, clean, spacious, newly painted apartment in a good location – within walking distance to Kingdom Arena & The Boulevard. The owner is great with communicating via WhatsApp but also gave us our space. We were able to extend for an extra night & they gave us good local info (via WhatsApp) for how to spend our extra day in Riyadh.
  
  There is an Adanya on the corner for great coffee, tea & sandwiches. They are open late. There is a convenience store & ATM a short walk or scooter ride away.
  
  The neighbourhood felt very safe.
  
  I would definitely stay again!
