  Perfectly sized apartment for 1 person. It has all the necessary housing equipment you might need. Location was perfect for me since it is as close as it gets to the airport without spending fortune on branded airport hotels. Value for money is very reasonable compared to the rest of the Riyadh. Free underground parking is a big plus. Overall a very enjoyable stay.
