Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers
About
Look, I'll be honest - when I first pulled up to Sheraton Riyadh Hotel & Towers, I wasn't expecting much. It's one of those big chain properties that can feel pretty soulless, you know? But this place actually surprised me in some really good ways. The lobby hits you with this impressive marble-and-glass thing going on, and there's this subtle oud scent in the air that immediately tells you you're somewhere special. The check-in was smooth (thank god, because I was exhausted), and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure I was sorted.
What really got me was how well they've managed to balance that international business hotel vibe with some authentic Saudi touches. The towers part of the name isn't just marketing fluff - you're literally choosing between different wings, and honestly, the tower rooms are worth the upgrade if you can swing it. The views across Riyadh are pretty spectacular, especially at sunset when the whole city kind of glows. I mean, it's not the most beautiful skyline in the world, but there's something captivating about watching this massive desert metropolis stretch out below you. The rooms themselves are spacious - like, actually spacious, not just "spacious for a hotel room." Good blackout curtains too, which you'll appreciate if you're dealing with jet lag.
The dining situation is where this place really shines, and I say that as someone who's usually skeptical of hotel restaurants. They've got this Lebanese place that locals actually come to (always a good sign), and the breakfast spread is honestly ridiculous - I'm talking fresh dates, proper Arabic coffee, plus all the international stuff you'd expect. The pool area is a proper oasis, though it can get busy during the cooler months when everyone wants to be outside. One thing that impressed me was how they handle the prayer times - there's a quiet professionalism about it that makes you feel like the staff really understands their guests' needs. Parking is abundant and free, which in a city like Riyadh is actually a bigger deal than you might think. The 7.9 rating feels about right to me - it's not going to blow your mind, but it's solid, reliable, and comfortable. If you're here on business or just want a dependable base for exploring the capital, you could do a lot worse than this place.

The location was perfect, and the staff was helpful and very considerate. Quite and clean
The hotel is very beautiful in a good location , the room is very big, clean and comfortable. Big thanks to people who work there, they all professionals. Also special thanks to Mr khalid and Miss Dania who welcome me with big smile and upgraded me to better room. They were very helpful during my stay. I have no problem in parking my car. All facilities were there to make my stay more enjoyable. I recommend this hotel to every one and definitely i will be coming back soon
every thing
The hotel is well located in the centre of Riyadh, and you can travel fairly easily to the main hot spots in Riyadh. The hotel does have a lounge and gym area, along with a good breakfast.
Sheraton Riyadh is in a great location with an amazing location in the center of the city, though I didn’t have the chance to try the breakfast.
Would have preferred an a la carte option because my digestive tract was pout of sorts due to a 7-hour time change and a large breakfast was not what i wanted.
Well maintained and comfortable
The villa is big enough.
