About

First Impressions

Walking into Seiba Hotel Apartments-Riyadh, you immediately get the sense this is a place that knows its audience. It's not trying to be flashy or over-the-top — honestly, it's more about delivering solid comfort without the fuss. The lobby has that clean, modern feel you'd expect from a three-star property, and the staff actually seem genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions. You know what struck me most? How quiet everything felt, even though you're right in the heart of Riyadh.

Location & Getting Around

The Al Malaz neighborhood is one of those areas that locals know well but tourists sometimes overlook — which is actually perfect if you want to experience real Riyadh life. You're close enough to the main business districts that getting around is easy, but far enough from the tourist crowds that you can breathe a bit. The parking situation here is fantastic (and free, which is honestly rare in this part of the city), so if you're planning to rent a car and explore, this works really well. Couples seem to love this spot — I mean, there's something to be said for a location that gets an 8.5 rating from people on romantic getaways.

The Apartment Experience

These aren't your typical hotel rooms — they're proper apartments with space to actually live a bit. Each apartment comes with a functional kitchenette that's perfect for preparing simple meals or just storing snacks and drinks. The room layouts are thoughtfully designed, with enough space that you don't feel like you're tripping over your luggage every time you move around. I particularly appreciated the windows — they're large enough to let in plenty of natural light, which makes a huge difference when you're staying somewhere for more than just a night or two.

Daily Life & Amenities

What I really liked about staying here was how it felt more like having a temporary home base rather than just a place to crash. The building itself is well-maintained, and you can tell they put effort into keeping everything clean and functional. There's no on-site restaurant, but honestly, with the kitchenette setup and the neighborhood's dining options, you don't really miss it. The Wi-Fi works reliably (always a concern when you're traveling for work), and the air conditioning is strong enough to handle Riyadh's intense heat — trust me, that matters more than you might think.

Why Guests Love It

This place gets an 8.4 location rating for good reason — it's one of those spots where everything just works without drama. You're not paying for unnecessary bells and whistles, but you're getting solid value and a genuinely comfortable stay. The apartment-style setup means you have flexibility in how you spend your time, whether that's cooking a quick breakfast before heading out or just having space to spread out and relax in the evening. For the price point and the neighborhood, it's honestly hard to find fault with what they're offering here.

To book a hotel in Riyadh during major cultural festivals, travelers need early planning as this modern Arabian city draws visitors eager to experience its traditional heritage and futuristic skyline.

The place was clean looking luxury but it's too far from Haram and they charge money for a ride. They charge u more than a taxi or Uber. The location is not good for nothing, no any markets whatsoever.

Close to the Jarir street within the popular Al Malaz street.

The facilities were okay.
