I really liked that they’ve got proper separation between the sleeping and sitting areas – not just a couch shoved in the corner of a regular room like some places try to pass off as a “suite.” The kitchenette was functional too, though I’d bring my own coffee if you’re picky about that sort of thing. What impressed me most was how quiet it stayed at night. You know how some hotels sound like they’re hosting a bowling tournament in the hallway at 2 AM? Not here. The soundproofing is solid, which probably has to do with the building being a bit newer than some of the older hotel stock in the city.

The staff genuinely seem to care about getting things right – my check-in was smooth, and when I had a question about getting around the city, the front desk guy actually drew me a little map instead of just pointing vaguely and saying “taxi is best.” Speaking of getting around, the location works well if you’ve got business in the central parts of the city, though you’ll definitely want to factor in traffic times because, well, it’s Riyadh. Parking was straightforward, which honestly shouldn’t be noteworthy but somehow always is. The 7.2 rating makes sense to me – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. I’ve stayed at places with higher ratings that left me more frustrated, so sometimes that reliable middle ground is exactly what you need. If you’re looking for a place that handles the fundamentals well without breaking the budget, this one’s worth considering.

  Good location and everything was near to a mall or the library which was walking distance so no need to use your car to have some fun time at the library park 5minute walk will do the staff were so nice and the rooms were spacious
