Riyadh season studio Overview
First Impressions
When I first pulled up to Riyadh season studio, I’ll be honest — the name had me curious about what exactly I’d find. This three-star property sits on Al Maali Street in the Al Aqeeq district, and you know what struck me immediately? The fact that there’s actually parking right on site, which anyone who’s driven around Riyadh will tell you is worth its weight in gold. The building itself has this clean, modern look that feels fresh without trying too hard to be fancy.
Location & Neighborhood
Al Aqeeq is one of those areas that locals know well but tourists sometimes overlook — and honestly, that works in your favor here. You’re not in the thick of the tourist crowds, but you’re still well-connected to everything you need. I mean, couples seem to really get this location (they rate it 9.1, which is pretty impressive), and I can see why. There’s something nice about being in a residential-feeling area where you can actually experience a bit of everyday Riyadh life. The recent guests have been rating the location at 9.0, and after spending time there, I totally understand the appeal.
The Studio Experience
The room setup is where this place really makes sense — it’s a studio format, so you’re getting more space than your typical hotel room without the premium price tag. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, and there’s enough space to actually spread out your stuff (something I always appreciate after living out of a suitcase). The design is clean and functional, with good lighting and a layout that doesn’t feel cramped. You can tell they’ve put thought into how people actually use these spaces.
Practical Perks
Here’s what I really appreciated — the little things that make a stay smoother. That free private parking I mentioned? It’s not just a throwaway amenity; it’s genuinely useful when you’re exploring the city. The whole setup feels designed for people who want a comfortable base without unnecessary frills. The 9.5 rating from guests isn’t just a number — you can feel it in how well everything works, from check-in to the daily details that either make or break a stay.
Why Guests Love It
What strikes me most about Riyadh season studio is how it delivers exactly what it promises without overselling itself. You’re getting solid value, a great location that locals appreciate, and enough space to feel settled rather than just passing through. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax after a day of exploring Riyadh, and honestly, that’s harder to find than you might think. The combination of the Al Aqeeq location and the studio format creates this sweet spot where you feel connected to the city but not overwhelmed by it.

Very good location, quiet. Very clean room, comfortable. Easy check-in and communicative and helpful owner. I found a box of drinking water when I checked in, it was a nice gesture. Price/benefit ratio is really good 👍 You have all basic things that you may need, in the room.
