Morning sounds include the call to prayer from nearby mosques (beautiful, really, though light sleepers might want earplugs), and evenings bring the gentle hum of families gathering on balconies. Parking was surprisingly easy, which anyone who’s driven in Riyadh will tell you is practically a miracle. The building feels secure without being fortress-like, and I never had any issues with noise from other units. What really impressed me was the attention to detail – fresh linens that actually smelled clean, reliable WiFi that didn’t cut out during video calls, and a shower with proper water pressure. Sometimes it’s the simple things, right? The 9.3 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there; it’s one of those places that delivers exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.   Overall the stay was comfortable and Marvelous . Especially the hospitality was very excellent and wonderful by Mrs. Wafa madam, with friendly approaches all the time . The cleanliness was excellent, Wi-Fi good, and Arabic coffee and breakfast served accordingly. We truly recommend for a visit and good stay!

  Miss. Wafa’s apartment was very spacious. She paid attention to details and the apartment was very clean and cozy. The beds thought were okay. She bed sheets were just washed and smelled good. She even offered to bring us Saudi Coffee to as a welcoming and that was a very nice gesture.

  It was a good apartment, not only furnished but decorated like home. I would recommend others to stay. Bring your own cooking material, kitchen is fully equipped with required utensils.
