  متابعة على مدار ساعات العمل واذا بالامكان ايضا خارج ساعات العمل من قبل مشرفة الشقة، نظافة، ديكورات، ادوات تنظيف كاملة، وخزانات ملابس، وراحة وهدوء وسهولة في التعامل خارج عن اي تعقيدات.
  انصح لكل من يريد شقة بمعايير ممتازة وهادئة ان يسكن معهم.
