The Almalqa area itself is one of those neighborhoods that locals know but tourists often overlook – it’s got this residential vibe that’s way more relaxed than the chaos you’ll find closer to the city center. I actually loved being able to walk to nearby cafes in the morning without dodging crazy traffic, and the parking situation here is refreshingly stress-free compared to other parts of the city. Inside, the apartment really lives up to that “luxury” part of its name – the kitchen is fully equipped (I mean actually equipped, not just a mini-fridge and microwave situation), and each bedroom has enough space that you’re not living out of a suitcase on the floor. The living area became our evening hangout spot, which you just can’t do in a regular hotel room.

What really impressed me was how quiet it stays at night, even though you’re still in the heart of a major city. The building seems well-insulated, and the Almalqa location means you’re away from the late-night street noise that can keep you up in more central areas. The 9.8 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed here – it’s those little details that add up, like having a proper dining table for meals, a washing machine (seriously underrated when you’re traveling), and bathrooms that don’t feel like airplane lavatories. The whole place just feels thoughtfully put together rather than thrown together to meet some hotel chain’s checklist. If you’re the type who gets tired of eating every meal out or wants somewhere to actually relax in the evening instead of sitting on your bed, this setup is honestly perfect. Plus, you’re still close enough to everything that matters in Riyadh – you’re just in a pocket of the city that breathes a little easier.

  It was very clean and exactly what it was described in the listing. Will definitely recommend. There is everything available in the property you named it. Owner was very kind and cooperative. There is free parking available overall we enjoyed our stay

  Our young family of 4 stayed here for 2 months and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The apartment is very spacious, tastefully furnished and decorated and looks exactly as advertised. The apartment is also conveniently located, 5 minute walking distance to al makan mall and eateries. Our host, Mr Tawfiq was very prompt in replying to our messages and went beyond the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable.

  The apartment is brand new fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary for comfortable stay. Parking slot is provided at the basement.
  The design of interior is done with good taste. It looks like apartment for living not for rent.
  Location is convenient – 5 minutes to Boulevard, 15 minutes to Ad Diriya, 15 minutes to KADF. At the same time building is on the quiet street. And it is very quiet and calm.
  The landlord is always available for any queries.

  قضيت بحمد الله إقامة رائعة جدا في هذا المكان .. اجتمعت لي ولعائلتي الراحة والفخامة والنظافة المتناهية بشكل استثنائي .. صاحب المكان ذو خلق رفيع جدا وتعامل راقي وكرم عظييييم جدا .. لأول مره اخذ شقة ذاتية الدخول ويتواصل معنا المضيف بكل هذا الكم من الكرم .. قدم لنا ضيافة مشروبات عصيرات طبيعية من ثاني يوم .. أيضا طلبنا منه يكون اخر يوم تسجيل الخروج متأخر شوي على وقت العصر لأن السفر صعب تحت حرارة الشمس ولأن مازال عندي مواعيد مستشفى متأخره .. ولكن قدر الله انه كان فيه مستأجرين بعدنا ولزمنا انه نخرج الساعة ١٢ الظهر من السكن .. ولكن المضيف ماقصر معنا مباشرة تكفل لنا بمكان إقامة آخر في فندق بديل ودفع الحساب عننا كان موقف جدا جبّار ويأسر القلب و غير بسيط ولكن الله يبارك له برزقه ويفتح عليه.
  من الناحية الآخرى أكثر نقطة تثير الانتباه فخامة ونظافة الأثاث و المكان والتفاصيل الصغيرة الموجودة من فازات وتحف تأسر القلب من العمق.
  الله يبارك له برزقه وإن شاء الله من استمرار لإستمرار ومن نجاح لنجاح ومن توفيق لتوفيق.
