  The apartment was excellent with everything you could wish for in a home away from home. Communication was excellent and access was by digital code at door. A sign outside clearly identified its location so was easy to find. We spent one week here and it felt like home, comfortable, quiet, and fitted with all the modern amenities to make our stay pleasurable. We will definitely stay here again in the future and look forward to discovering more of Riyadh (metro link is close) and taxis found us easily.

  If you believe in value for money. You gotta stay here. Since I entered this place, it felt like home. The apartment is spacious and has been renovated on modern designs. Bedding was comfortable, apartment was clean.
  You wish for something and its there and I mean little things that matter.
  Hats off to the great owner who is extremely caring and responsive.
  The location of this property is also very feasible.
  Overall wonderful experience for my family of 4.

  A very nice and tidy apartment. Was quite convenient for my family compared to hotels where we use to stay in the past. The landlord was very receptive and cooperative in making our stay enjoyable.
