The four-star rating feels just right – this isn’t trying to be some flashy luxury resort, but it’s definitely a step above your basic business hotel. What struck me immediately was how the staff seemed genuinely pleased to see guests, not just going through the motions. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving after 3 PM because they seem to be in the middle of room turnover before then. The lobby has this interesting mix of traditional and contemporary elements – you know, the kind of place where you can tell someone actually thought about the design rather than just ordering everything from a hotel furniture catalog.

The rooms themselves are where this place really shines, honestly. Everything feels intentional, from the lighting (which actually works for reading, imagine that) to the way they’ve arranged the furniture so you’re not constantly bumping into things. The beds are proper comfortable – I’m talking about the kind where you don’t wake up with a crick in your neck. Air conditioning runs quietly, which is more important than people realize until they’re trying to sleep with a unit that sounds like a freight train. I particularly appreciated the blackout curtains; they actually block light instead of just making a half-hearted attempt at it. The bathroom setup is smart too – decent water pressure and they’ve got the temperature figured out so you’re not dancing around trying to find the sweet spot between scalding and freezing.

What really sets this place apart though is the attention to details that matter. The Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building – I tested it in the lobby, my room, even the corridors. There’s proper soundproofing between rooms, so you’re not subjected to your neighbor’s late-night TV habits or early morning phone calls. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work; towels are actually soft and rooms stay genuinely clean, not just surface-level tidy. I mean, you can tell when someone’s actually cleaning versus just moving things around.

The 8.1 rating makes perfect sense to me – it’s solidly good without trying to be something it’s not. This is the kind of place where business travelers end up becoming regulars because everything just works the way it should. You won’t find Instagram-worthy infinity pools or celebrity chef restaurants, but you’ll sleep well, the shower will be hot, and you’ll leave feeling like you got good value for your money. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need, you know? It’s comfort in the most genuine sense of the word.

  Very spacious apartment. It was clean and perfectly suited to us. The two bathrooms were nice to have. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and big.
  We were exhibitors at the Index Design show and the near proximity to the expo was fantastic.
  The owner was easy to reach and the communication was exceptional.

  The Rooms were clean, well arranged and readied up for our arrival. The host made sure to include some refreshments, water bottles, toiletries, sufficient change of towels, blankets etc. for the guest.
  
  The room was kept very clean and freshened up. All the furnishing, including those in the living room and in the kitchen were in great condition.
  
  The courteousness of the host is well appreciated. Despite having to revise my time of arrival over and over again, sometimes well past midnight, the host was always available and communicative on WhatsApp, inquiring about my arrival and updating his availability based on that. He went out of his way to try and accommodate with additional time for check-out even though he had a guest coming in immediately after us. The host's communication is really appreciated.
  
  But overall, it is really evident from the get go that the host is well involved and prompt in making sure that the guests' stay is as comfortable as possible, going way out of the norms to accommodate the guests. You can see this promptness from the effort that has gone in to arrange the property for the guests.
