Like, when I mentioned I’d been traveling all day, they quietly upgraded my room without the whole song and dance some places do. The room itself was honestly better than I anticipated – comfortable bed that actually let me sleep through the night, decent water pressure in the shower, and thankfully, proper blackout curtains. Sometimes it’s the basics that matter most when you’re exhausted.

Here’s what I’d tell anyone considering staying here: it’s the kind of place that grows on you. The restaurant surprised me – I went in with pretty low expectations (hotel food, you know?), but they’re clearly working with local suppliers and actually care about what they’re serving. I ended up eating breakfast there every morning instead of hunting around town, which honestly saved me time and money. The common areas have this relaxed energy where you can actually work on your laptop or read without feeling like you’re in someone’s way. And while I wouldn’t call the location perfect for everything, it’s definitely well-connected if you know how to get around – taxi drivers know exactly where it is, which is always helpful. What really sealed the deal for me was the attention to maintenance. Everything just… worked. The AC responded properly, the WiFi didn’t drop every ten minutes, and the elevator didn’t make those concerning noises that keep you up at night wondering if you’ll make it to your floor. It sounds basic, but you’d be amazed how many places miss these fundamentals. Is it going to blow your mind with luxury? Probably not. But if you want a place where you can actually relax and feel like you’re getting good value for your money, Randan delivers on that promise pretty consistently.
