The housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive – they remembered I preferred extra towels after mentioning it once. Little things, but they add up. The whole property has this quiet efficiency that makes everything feel effortless. Even during what seemed like a busy weekend, the elevators weren’t packed and the common areas never felt crowded. I suspect they’re just really good at managing their capacity. With a 9.1 rating, I wasn’t surprised to find the place lives up to the hype, but sometimes high ratings can set expectations so high that reality feels disappointing – not the case here. It’s the kind of hotel where you’d be comfortable bringing your parents or hosting a client dinner in the lobby area. Actually comfortable, not just making-do comfortable.
