  What could be improved: خدمات العملاء قمت بإبلاغهم فور وصولي واستلام الشقة بأن شطاف الحمام الرئيسي عطلان ويسرب مياه ولا يمكن الاستفادة منه ولكن للأسف الاستجابة بطيئة أكملت 3 ليالي ولم يتم اصلاح الشطاف
