The moment I walked in, there was this immediate sense that someone had put real thought into the space – not just thrown together some IKEA furniture and called it a day. The layout flows really well, which you don’t always get with converted apartments. There’s actual breathing room between the living area and bedroom, and the kitchen isn’t one of those tiny afterthoughts where you can barely turn around. I spent a good chunk of my morning there making coffee and checking emails, and it felt natural, not cramped. The lighting is what really got me though – whoever designed this understood that harsh overhead lights kill any hope of feeling relaxed after a long day of exploring.

What I appreciated most was how quiet it stays, even during what seemed like peak tourist season when I visited. The windows do a solid job of keeping street noise out, which let me actually sleep in for once on vacation. Check-in was pretty straightforward too – none of that awkward waiting around wondering if you’re at the right building. The whole experience felt more like staying at a friend’s well-appointed place than a typical rental. Sure, it’s not going to have a concierge or room service, but that’s not really the point here. Sometimes you just want a beautiful, comfortable base where you can spread out your stuff, cook a simple meal if you want to skip restaurants for a night, and feel like you’re living somewhere rather than just passing through. The 8.6 rating makes perfect sense to me – it delivers exactly what it promises without any weird surprises or disappointments that tend to pop up with vacation rentals.

  تشطيب الشقة راقي جداً ومناسب للعائلة
  المواقف سهلة ومتوفرة خارج المبنى لكن غير مظللة
  بجانب موقع الشقة جميع المستلزمات اللي تحتاجونها من مطاعم سوبر ماركت ومحطة بانزين
  
  What could be improved: نظافة الشقة وقت الاستقبال كانت جداً متدنية، بعد ماحركنا السرير لدمج سريرين بعض اظهرت لنا اوساخ متراكمة وكثيرة
  مافي شخص مسؤول تقدر تتواصل معاه بشكل فوري لتوفير احتياجاتك او استفساراتك، ارقام الواتس اب خدمة الرد والتواصل عندهم جداً متدنية وضعيفة وعديمي الخبرة بنظام العمل بهالمجال لدرجة ماكانوا يعرفون اذا كانت الشقة تحتوي على واي فاي او لا
  مستلزمات التنظيف والنظافة غير متوفرة، والمالك غير مهتم بتوفيرها، اظطرت لشراء اكياس زبالة لتغيير الزبالة بشكل يومي داخل الشقة
  اظطررت لشراء العديد من مستلزمات التنظيف البدائية مثل الليفة لتنظيف وغسل الصحون
  ماكان يوجد غلاية للمياه، اظطرت لابلاغهم، وباليوم قبل الاخير تم توفيرها
  علب الكلنكس \ الفوط \ غير متوفرة بشكل كافي لافراد الشقة، استأجرنا الشقة لمدة 4 ليالي، وكان صعب علينا استخدامهم طوال الـ 4 بشكل يومي بدون تغييرهم
  المخاد جودتها ضعيفة وكانت كبيرة ومتينة الحجم، وصعبة علي وعلى الاسرة والاطفال النوم، طلبت منهم توفير مخدة وحدة عالاقل، لكن لم يتم توفيرها، اظطرننا لتسفيط ملابسنا فوق بعض للنوم عليهم بدل المخاد
  بجانب الشقة فيه مدرسة، اذا كانت زيارتك وقت المدارس، ماراح تقدر تنام فترة النهار كلها، لانه فيه طابور صباح وتمارين بالمايكروفونات وكان جداً جداً مزعج الموضوع، والعزل ضعيف جداً
