The neighborhood gets pretty quiet after business hours, so if you’re someone who needs perfect sleep (like me), you’ll appreciate not having traffic noise all night. I did notice the studio can get a bit warm in the afternoons – nothing the AC can’t handle, but just something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to temperature changes.
