But you know what, sometimes the places with quirky names end up being the most memorable, and this one definitely falls into that category.

What struck me immediately was how this setup actually works brilliantly for different types of travelers. The two separate entrances thing isn’t just a random feature – it’s genuinely useful. I mean, if you’re traveling with friends or family who keep different schedules (you know, the early risers versus the night owls), having that flexibility is actually pretty sweet. One entrance tends to be quieter, perfect for those 6 AM coffee runs, while the other connects to the livelier side of the building. It’s one of those details that seems small until you’re actually using it, and then you realize how thoughtful it is.

The space itself feels more like staying in a really well-appointed friend’s place than a typical hotel room. Everything’s surprisingly modern and clean – honestly, cleaner than my own apartment half the time. The kitchen setup is what really won me over though. It’s not one of those sad hotel kitchenettes with a broken coffee maker and a mini-fridge that doesn’t actually keep things cold. This is a proper kitchen where you can actually cook if you want to, which is perfect when you’re tired of eating out every meal or just want to grab some local groceries and have a quiet evening in. The wifi is solid too, which matters more than I’d like to admit – I actually got more work done here than I do at home, probably because there aren’t as many distractions.

What’s interesting is how they’ve managed to create this homey atmosphere while still maintaining that hotel-level cleanliness and service. The staff clearly knows what they’re doing, and check-in was smoother than most places I’ve stayed. The rating of 9.8 makes total sense once you’re there – it’s one of those places where all the little things just work the way they’re supposed to. The shower has actual water pressure, the beds are comfortable without being too soft, and the temperature control actually responds when you adjust it. Sounds basic, but you’d be surprised how many places mess up these fundamentals.

I’d definitely recommend this spot, especially if you’re planning a longer stay or traveling with a group that values having some space to spread out. It’s got that sweet spot combination of privacy and comfort that’s harder to find than you’d think. Just don’t let the unconventional name throw you off – sometimes the best places are the ones that don’t follow the typical hotel playbook.

  Everything was excellent. Rooms are clean, all what you need in the apartment was available. The Hosts are very professional and friendly Saudi family. They have close supervision to ensure everything is perfect . This place will be my home in Riyadh. it is well taken care and trusted owner.
  مكان قريب من البوليفارد ومستقبلا يبعد 5 دقائق من مجمع الأفنيوز. سكن رائع ونظيف وراقي، وكأنك في منزلك. يدار بإشراف مباشر من المالك . لا يمكن ان اقول اكثر من ذلك سوى انه أصبح وجهة سكنية لي عند زيارتي إلى الرياض مستقبلا.
