Nawarah Al Takhassusi
About
First Impressions
Walking into Nawarah Al Takhassusi, you immediately get the sense this is a place that knows its guests well — and honestly, that feeling turns out to be spot-on. This three-star hotel sits right on Takhassusi Street, which might not sound like much until you realize you're basically in the heart of Riyadh's business district. The lobby has this understated, comfortable vibe that feels more like a well-run local favorite than some flashy chain property.
The Location Sweet Spot
Here's what I love about this spot — you're actually positioned perfectly for exploring Riyadh without dealing with the chaos of being right downtown. Takhassusi Street puts you close to major shopping centers and business hubs, but you can still get a decent night's sleep. Couples seem to really appreciate this balance, and I can see why — there's something nice about having easy access to restaurants and attractions without feeling like you're camping out in Times Square. The parking situation alone makes this place worth considering, especially if you're planning to rent a car and explore the city properly.
The Room Experience
The room I stayed in was clean and functional — not going to win any design awards, but everything worked exactly as it should. The air conditioning is solid (crucial in Riyadh, obviously), and the bed was actually more comfortable than I expected from a three-star property. You know what impressed me most? The attention to small details — fresh towels, reliable WiFi, and blackout curtains that actually block out the desert sun when you want to sleep in.
What Keeps People Coming Back
There's clearly something special happening here because the repeat guest rate is unusually high for this type of hotel. After spending a few days there, I think I figured it out — it's the staff and the consistency. The front desk team remembers your preferences, housekeeping is thorough without being intrusive, and there's this general sense that they're running a tight ship. The on-site restaurant serves decent Middle Eastern and international dishes, nothing fancy but reliable when you don't feel like venturing out.
Why Guests Love It
Look, this isn't a resort where you'll spend your whole vacation lounging by the pool, but that's not really the point. Nawarah Al Takhassusi works because it delivers exactly what business travelers and smart tourists need — a clean, comfortable base in a great location with staff who actually care about doing their jobs well. The fact that so many people choose to stay here repeatedly tells you everything you need to know. Sometimes the best hotels are the ones that just get the basics right and don't try to oversell you on amenities you'll never use.
Best hotels in Riyadh range from luxurious properties in the historic Diriyah district to ultra-modern hotels with stunning views of the Kingdom Centre Tower and contemporary architecture.

Location, accomodation
The room was very clean, and the staff and the receptionists were very kind and very cooperative. I raise my hat for the staff for their kindness and welcoming words.
Relatively central location (although Riyadh is a huge sprawling place so everywhere is inconvenient) Clean room. AC worked
its worth the price and its really near in any establishment.I'm thankful also on their staff they were accommodating, just one call right away and they were ready to assist you in everything you need. They are trustworthy also because i left my phone in my room but they secure it and give it back to me.😊My apologies also on my first review,I've been in fault also to not cooperate with them before complaining.Thank you and Godbless😇🥰
