Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa
About
First Impressions
Walking into Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa, you immediately sense you're somewhere special. This five-star property sits right at the corner of Olaya and Tahlia Streets — honestly, you couldn't ask for a better spot in Al Olaya. The lobby has that polished luxury feel without being intimidating, and the staff genuinely seems happy to see you. I mean, when a hotel has more repeat guests than most other properties in the city, that tells you something about the experience they're delivering.
Prime Location in the Heart of Riyadh
The location here is actually incredible — couples rate it 9.4 out of 10, and I can see why. You're literally in the heart of Riyadh's business and shopping district, with Kingdom Centre and Al Faisaliah Tower just minutes away. Tahlia Street is basically Riyadh's main artery for upscale shopping and dining, so you can walk to some of the city's best restaurants and malls. What I love is that despite being so central, the hotel feels like a peaceful retreat once you're inside.
Rooms That Actually Deliver
The rooms at Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa are where this place really shines — they're highly rated for having exceptionally comfortable beds, and I can vouch for that. The bedding is that perfect combination of crisp and cozy that makes you want to hit the snooze button one more time. The rooms themselves are spacious by Riyadh standards, with modern furnishings that feel fresh rather than trendy. You know what's nice? The attention to detail — from the lighting that actually works for reading to bathrooms that don't make you feel like you're in a cramped airplane lavatory.
Breakfast and Dining Experience
Breakfast here covers all the bases with continental, American, and halal options served buffet-style. The spread is generous without being overwhelming — fresh pastries, made-to-order eggs, and a solid selection of Middle Eastern specialties alongside familiar Western options. What impressed me was the quality of the coffee and the fact that they keep everything well-stocked even during busy morning hours. The dining area has plenty of natural light, which makes starting your day feel less rushed and more civilized.
Why Guests Love It
There's something to be said for a hotel that keeps drawing people back, and Narcissus Riyadh Hotel & Spa clearly has that magic formula figured out. The spa facilities are a real highlight — after dealing with Riyadh's traffic and heat, having a proper place to unwind makes all the difference. Free private parking might sound basic, but if you've ever tried to find parking in this part of the city, you'll appreciate not having to circle blocks or pay premium rates. The service strikes that perfect balance of being attentive without hovering, and the overall experience feels polished in a way that justifies the luxury price point.

Wonderful hotel in the best location in Riyadh. Right next to Centria Mall, main shopping street with lots of restaurants and shops. They upgraded us to a suite and it was truly like a palace and one of the best rooms we have stayed at. Very luxurious rooms. The staff, service, rooms, spa ( jacuzzi, sauna), gym, breakfast all excellent. We really enjoyed the saudi coffee and dates in the lobby.
