The staff runs a tight ship without being overbearing – check-in was smooth, and when I had a minor issue with the air conditioning, they sorted it out quickly without making it feel like a huge production. The 9.2 rating makes sense once you’ve stayed here; it’s one of those places that just works without any drama. If you’re doing a longer stay or just prefer having room to spread out instead of living out of a suitcase, this place delivers on what it promises. The whole experience feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-appointed apartment than staying in typical hotel accommodation – and I mean that in the best possible way.

  Exceptionally clean. Location is away from Riyadh perfect for Qiddiya or Diriyah. The street has everything you could need. Supermarket literally next door.

  The rooms were excellent. Bathroom was clean. Ideal for a family with kids. Small kitchenette to make tea and heat up soup. the receptionist was kind enough to offer an hour extension to the check-out time. We will definitely be coming back should we need to stay in Tuwaiq.

  The overall apartments are great. new construction. Highly recommended. The staff is just outstanding and very helpful. Stayed one night but among one of the best stay.
