One’s got this great desk setup if you’re traveling for work (which I was, actually), and the third works perfectly as either a kids’ room or just extra space to spread out. The kitchen deserves a mention too – it’s one of those setups where you can actually cook real meals, not just reheat takeout. Full-sized appliances, decent counter space, and they’ve stocked it with quality stuff, not the cheap nonsense you usually find in rentals.

What really impressed me was the attention to those little details that show someone actually thought about how people live. The WiFi is properly fast (I tested it because, well, I had to work), there’s enough outlets in sensible places, and the shower pressure – honestly, better than my apartment back home. The building itself feels solid too, no creaky floors or paper-thin walls where you hear every conversation from next door. I stayed there during what seemed like a busy period and barely heard a peep from other units. The whole experience just felt… effortless, I guess? Check-in was smooth, everything worked as advertised, and when I had a quick question about the heating system, they sorted it out within an hour. With a 9.7 rating, you’d expect something special, and this place actually delivers on that promise without trying too hard. It’s the kind of spot where you settle in on the first night and think, “Okay, I could definitely live here for a while.”

  The apartment is very clear and very large. Modern kitchen with multiple bathrooms and bedrooms. The TV is about 85 inch in very cozy living room. Parking available in the facility.It is near all the main attractions like Boulevard World and City also the Arena. Only 10 minutes from Riyadh Park and The King Abdullah Financial District.
