It’s one of those places where the staff clearly cares – they remember your name after a couple of days, and when I had an issue with the air conditioning (it was making this weird clicking sound), they had someone up there within an hour. The building itself isn’t the newest thing you’ll see, but everything works properly, and the maintenance seems solid. What I really appreciated was the laundry setup – having actual washing machines available instead of relying on expensive hotel laundry service saved me quite a bit over a longer stay. The neighborhood has this great mix of local restaurants and international chains within walking distance, though I’d recommend trying the small Lebanese place about two blocks east – locals seem to love it, and the portions are huge. Parking can get a bit tight during peak hours, but there’s usually something available if you’re patient. The only thing that caught me off guard was how quickly the elevators fill up around 8 AM and 6 PM when all the business travelers are coming and going, but that’s more of a timing thing than a real problem. Overall, it’s the kind of place I’d book again – especially for stays longer than just a couple nights when you want that extra space and the option to not eat every single meal out.

  Amenities inside the room. It was fully furnished and quality of the furniture and kitchenware was good.

  The apatment is well organized and very claen. The staff are very welcoming and polite. The location is amazing, 10 min walking to Kingdom center/ sky bridge. Many restaurants and some nice malls around.

  These apartments are great inside. Large bedroom, sitting room and kitchen. Quiet also, central location. Convenince store on the corner of the building but no decernt nearby food options. Happy to see the lobby furniture got an update. Daily cleaning.
