Good lighting, comfortable seating, and a TV setup that actually works without requiring an engineering degree. Check-in was straightforward – clear instructions, responsive host, none of that anxiety-inducing back-and-forth you sometimes get with private rentals. The 9.5 rating honestly reflects what you’ll experience here. It’s not perfect – I mean, nothing ever is – but the imperfections are minor. Maybe the shower door sticks slightly, or there could be one more full-length mirror, but these are the kind of things you only notice because everything else works so well.

For what you’re getting – legitimate luxury, space for four people to actually coexist comfortably, and that rare combination of style and functionality – this place delivers.
