Hadab Al Sahafa
About
First Impressions
Walking into Hadab Al Sahafa, you immediately sense this is a place that takes hospitality seriously. The four-star property sits in Riyadh's Wadi Al Magha district, and honestly, the moment you step through the doors, there's this welcoming atmosphere that feels both professional and genuinely warm. The lobby strikes that perfect balance — upscale without being intimidating, modern but with touches that remind you you're in Saudi Arabia.
Location & Getting Around
Here's what I really appreciated about the location — it's in a neighborhood that feels authentically Riyadh rather than some isolated hotel district. The Wadi Al Magha area gives you a real sense of the city, and couples seem to absolutely love it here (they consistently rate the location 8.7 out of 10, which is pretty impressive). You're not stuck in the middle of nowhere, but you're also not dealing with the chaos of the absolute city center. Plus, and this matters more than you might think, there's free private parking right at the hotel — anyone who's tried to park in Riyadh will tell you that's worth its weight in gold.
The Room Experience
The rooms at Hadab Al Sahafa feel thoughtfully designed rather than just decorated. You know what I mean — everything has a purpose, from the lighting that actually works for both reading and relaxing, to storage space that makes sense for travelers. The beds are genuinely comfortable (not just hotel-marketing comfortable), and the bathrooms are well-appointed without going overboard. There's attention to detail here that you notice after staying in a lot of hotels — things like proper outlets where you need them and blackout curtains that actually block light.
Breakfast & Dining
The breakfast spread is honestly impressive — they've managed to cover all the bases without making it feel overwhelming. You'll find everything from a proper Full English breakfast to Continental options, American classics, and Halal selections all laid out buffet-style. What I particularly liked was that they clearly put effort into quality rather than just quantity. The coffee is actually good (not always a given at hotel breakfast buffets), and they keep everything fresh throughout the morning service. It's the kind of breakfast that sets you up properly for a day of exploring Riyadh.
Why Guests Love It
With an 8.1 overall rating, Hadab Al Sahafa has clearly figured out what travelers actually want. It's that combination of being genuinely well-located, professionally run, and thoughtfully maintained that makes the difference. The staff seems to understand that small touches matter — whether that's helping with directions, restaurant recommendations, or just making sure everything in your room works properly. For a four-star hotel in Riyadh, it delivers exactly what you hope for without any unpleasant surprises, and sometimes that reliability is exactly what makes a trip memorable for all the right reasons.

Location Value Staff specially Badria, Mishaal, Atef and Mohammed
Staff were very helpful and kind.
Clean and comfortable
Good, clean and close to my working area
Need to improve breakfast . Food placed supposed as hot dishes are cold .
I liked the receptionist, Ms. Badriya, and the whole staff.
good location and view
The breakfast buffet was extensive, with an excellent made-to-order omelet. The staff was very courteous, particularly the driver who provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off. While the location was reasonably central to the business area, the persistent construction noise, with early morning drilling serving as an unwelcome alarm clock, became intolerable by the third day and significantly impacted the overall experience.
Good price and location is fine
The hotel is in a good location if you’re visiting the northern part of the city. The room and bathroom were clean. The price was reasonable when I booked.
