فندق باليت كريدي الفاخر Palette Luxury Credi Hotel
About
You know what caught me off guard about فندق باليت كريدي الفاخر Palette Luxury Credi Hotel? The name itself tells you everything – it's this interesting blend of Arabic elegance and modern luxury that actually works better than you'd expect. I'll be honest, when I first saw the 4-star rating, I wasn't sure what to expect, but sometimes these mid-tier places surprise you in the best ways.
The lobby hits you with this palette concept they've got going – and I mean that literally. There's this curated color scheme throughout that feels deliberate without being overwhelming, sort of like someone actually thought about how spaces make you feel instead of just throwing expensive furniture around. The staff genuinely seems to care about getting things right, which honestly makes up for a lot. Check-in was smooth enough, though I'd recommend arriving after 3 PM if you can swing it – they seem to hit their stride in the afternoon rather than during the morning rush.
What I really appreciated were the small touches that show someone's paying attention. The rooms aren't massive, but they're thoughtfully laid out with enough space to actually unpack without feeling cramped. The bathrooms have decent water pressure (always a gamble, right?), and the beds are surprisingly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm. I mean, you're not getting presidential suite vibes here, but for a solid 4-star experience, it delivers what it promises. The 7.0 rating feels about right actually – it's good, reliably good, without being spectacular. Sometimes that's exactly what you need, especially if you're planning to spend most of your time exploring rather than lounging around the hotel. The breakfast situation is decent too, though I'd grab coffee elsewhere if you're particular about that sort of thing. Overall, it's one of those places where you feel like you're getting honest value – no pretense, no overselling, just a well-run hotel that knows what it is.
Hotels near me in Riyadh offer convenient access to the city center, where guests can easily reach the National Museum, King Abdulaziz Historical Center, and authentic Arabian restaurants.

Good location and a good price.

The apartment was very spaceful. Mazem at the reception was extremely kind and helpful.
Location and cost
This is a classic case of a great hotel with not so great staff. The staff were not bad or incompetent. They just seem like they don't care. They take their time at the front desk when it comes to helping you and don't give you anything beyond basic answers. I would have extended but staff at the front desk told me to come another time that day as they did not want to go through the 2 minute process at the time. I came back only for them to tell me I was no longer able to extend as they were fully booked. That pretty much sums up my experience with them.
.
