You know what really caught me off guard about DNA Luxury apartments ,SMART ENTRY , Perfect View? It’s that keyless entry system they’ve got going on – I mean, I’ve seen smart locks before, but this was actually seamless. No fumbling around with cards or wondering if your phone battery died at the worst possible moment. You just walk up and it works, which honestly made me feel like I was staying somewhere from the future.

The “perfect view” part of the name isn’t just marketing fluff either, and I say this as someone who’s rolled their eyes at plenty of hotel names that promise the world. Whatever floor I ended up on (I think it was the seventh?), the windows were these massive floor-to-ceiling things that basically turned the whole living area into a viewing platform. The apartment itself felt more like someone’s actual home than a rental – there’s this lived-in quality to the furniture arrangement and the kitchen actually has everything you’d need if you wanted to cook something more ambitious than instant coffee. The fridge was properly cold, the stovetop worked without any mysterious clicks or delays, and they’d even stocked some basic spices, which was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting.

What really sold me on the place though was how quiet it gets at night. During the day there’s the usual city hum, but once evening rolls around, it’s remarkably peaceful for a 4-star spot in what feels like a pretty central location. The bed situation is solid too – not too soft, not like sleeping on a board, just that sweet spot where you don’t wake up with a crick in your neck. The bathroom’s got one of those rainfall showerheads that actually has decent water pressure, and the mirror doesn’t fog up immediately, which are honestly the kind of details that make or break a stay for me. I did notice the air conditioning took a little while to kick in when I first arrived, but once it got going it was perfectly fine – just something to keep in mind if you’re arriving on a particularly hot day and want to cool things down quickly. The 9.5 rating makes total sense once you’ve been there a day or two, because it’s those small things done right that really add up.

  تجربة جداً رائعه بداية من تعامل الاخ خالد كان جدا متعاون وسريع الاستجابه، الشقه كانت جميله النظافه كما يجب ان تكون والاطلاله جميلة، الموقع رائع بالقرب من المطاعم والسوبر ماركيت.
  كانت طريقة تسجيل الوصول والدخول الذاتي سهله
  لا يوجد استقبال في المكان وكان دفع مبلغ الايجار عن طريق التحويل البنكي.
