The staff here really knows their stuff too – they’re the kind of people who’ll give you directions to places that aren’t in guidebooks but should be. Parking was never an issue when I was there, which is honestly a relief because you never know with these things. The building itself is pretty quiet, even during busier times, so you’re not dealing with constant hallway chatter or slamming doors at all hours. Check-in was smooth and straightforward – no unnecessary complications or waiting around. The 4-star rating feels right on the money; it’s not trying to be something it’s not, but what it does, it does really well. With an 8.3 guest rating, you can tell other people are picking up on the same things I noticed.   Great location for me, close to main road. But road noise is the trade for the location. Staff are great, helpful and friendly. Shop is right next door so all close to you.

  Location perfect for access to Qiddiya. Rooms very quiet.

  Dedicated free basement parking area . And room were comfortable and functional with all the kitchen stuff.
  Another thing was i came very late at 1 am for check in, but they still gave good service at that time.
