Cantonal Hotel by Warwick
About
You know what caught me off guard about Cantonal Hotel by Warwick? The moment I walked into the lobby, it felt like they'd somehow managed to nail that sweet spot between sophisticated and actually welcoming. I mean, four-star places can go either way – sometimes you get stuffy formality, other times it's trying too hard to be trendy. This one just feels... right.
The thing that really impressed me – and honestly, I wasn't expecting this – was how the staff actually seemed to know their stuff about the local area. Not just the obvious tourist traps, but genuine recommendations that made me think they actually live here and care about what they're suggesting. The concierge pointed me toward this little café around the corner that I never would have found otherwise, and it ended up being one of those perfect morning spots where locals grab their coffee before work. That kind of local knowledge is worth its weight in gold when you're somewhere new.
What really sold me on the place was the attention to details that actually matter when you're traveling. The rooms are well thought out – I'm talking about things like enough outlets near the bed (seriously, why is this so rare?), blackout curtains that actually block light, and a shower with proper water pressure. The beds are comfortable without being so soft you sink into oblivion, and the AC was quiet enough that I didn't wake up feeling like I'd slept next to a freight train. It's clear they've put thought into what travelers actually need rather than just flashy amenities nobody uses. With a rating of 9 out of 10, I can see why guests keep coming back – it's that rare combination of professional service and genuine hospitality that makes you feel like you've discovered something special rather than just booked another hotel room.

Their willingness to assist especially in extending my stay, and their constant readiness to help demonstrated true professionalism and kindness making my experience both enjoyable and unforgettable.
Location, clean and friendly staff
everything was perfect, special thanks to Ibrahim, he solved the problem we faced and gave us the room we were looking for.
Breakfast was good but suggestion to add more choices for Asian and American. Other than that it was good. The dine in resto is very spacious ,clean and nice ambiance with wide array of fruits and pastries.
